These fun floral painted pumpkins were done in a short time using inexpensive craft paints.
I bought these pumpkins (used for pies) at my local orchard because the size and cost were perfect. They were 4 for $5 and it was locally grown. I also got some honey crisp apples (my sister’s favorite) and Indian corn…love the variety of colors in the kernels.
It’s simple. I first started with the large white centers and then used black to outline the simple floral designs. I made dots in the centers then all I did was paint in the lines…coloring book style.
The painting is loose with drips. Just how I want it.
I am ready for fall!
